The intention is to eventually outlicense the Reset monoclonal antibody for optimisation and humanisation.<br />
Reset may become relevant for diseases such as cancer (prostate, breast, head &amp; neck) and neurodegeneration (e.g. multiple sclerosis).<br />
The Reset project also includes the discovery and development of a small molecule inhibitor - designated as R200-series.<br />
Genscreen&#8217;s R200 is being developed as a treatment for people a range of indications.</p>

Two other development series are also under development for complementary applications - TR500 and TR600.<br />
The intention is to outlicense TR400 as soon as a suitable partner can be found.<br />
Genscreen Pty Ltd is a privately-held company with a portfolio of 5 projects across therapeutic applications that include cancer, MS and other diseases caused by viral infections.</p>
